Thompson Machinery is excited to offer employees the opportunity to purchase quality and affordable tools needed on the job with the Employee Tool Purchase Program. The program allows employees to purchase Cat tools at a discounted cost, plus the ability to pay via a 0% interest payment plan*.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Visit parts.cat.com
2. Login using your Cat CWS ID
3. Enter 841600 in the Customer Name/Number field
4. Select your branch store location
5. Browse hand tools and see pricing with employee discount
6. Add tools to your shopping cart
7. Print shopping cart and give to supervisor for approval
8. Supervisor is required to complete and turn in promissory note. (Note can be obtained via HR, or by submitting an online form HERE)
9. Upon supervisor approval, checkout!
10. Pick up tools from parts counter and put them to work!
11. Automatic weekly payroll deductions until tool balance is paid (See weekly payment breakdown below)
